Project ManagerKamil has many years of experience in acquisition cost analysis, in particular of media.
In recent years he has worked both in international consulting firms and as in-house expert responsible for the area inside the organization (one of the largest logistics companies in the country).
This allows him to better understand the processes in the client’s organization taking place around the implemented projects which transfer to the efficient achievement of confided goals.
The main area of activity is reducing cost-cutting in enterprises both directly- by negotiating terms and indirectly by improving existing processes.
Kamil specializes in areas such as ICT, State Fund For Rehabilitation of Disabled People, media and efficient energy use. Media costs are a special area of interest.
Multiply changes in the law which are to adapt polish regulations to the UE regulations, as well as the implementation of the new energy policy with a view to transformation towards a zero-emission economy, compose a source of new fees and the possibility of their reduction or complete elimination.
Selected projects:
- In the company from the TSL industry he carried out several projects that contributed to obtaining savings exceeding 1 million PLN;
- For the leader of the sports equipment and warehouse industry he completed a project that reduce electricity costs above 6%;
- He has conducted hundreds of successful negotiations about acquisition conditions for his clients.
