Justyna specializes in legal services in the range of commercial company law and Roman law/ civil law. She has experience in services corporate and reorganization processes, including those related to the transition, division, merger of economic entities, including cross-border mergers.
Justyna attended projects related to the transfer of the organized parts of the concern, incl. in the range of labour legislation, real estate law, industrial property. Within her specialisation she also takes care of current support for the companies with particular emphasis on companies from the new technology and e-commerce industries.
Selected projects:
- Justyna was responsible for the reorganization of the corporate group of the leader of the consulting industry in Poland;
