CounselCounsel since 2005. She has over 20 years of experience as a counsel in one of the largest international legal chambers and as in-house in one of the largest private companies.
She specializes in legal services for enterprises, in particular in corporate, trade, civil and property law. The main area of her activity is corporate service for enterprises, including public companies and support in investment processes and transactions of acquisition of assets, real estate and copartnerships in Poland and abroad.
She advises entrepreneurs in legal issues, including corporate ones, related to the current activities of enterprises. She supports entrepreneurs in legitimate employment of foreign workers, including representing employers in the procedure of obtaining work permits. In addition she helps foreigners legalizing their stay on the territory of Poland, representing foreigners in proceedings before the appropriate authorities.
She has experience in legal services of entities from the NGO sector. As a part of her activity she has established foundations and associations and she provides them with running legal service.
Selected projects:
- she has conducted a number of acquisition transactions and disposure of organized parts of the enterprise both for the buyer and the seller;
- she has advised on real estate acquisition and disposal transactions, incl. land real estate and an office in Warsaw;
- she has carried out corporate restructuring processes within corporate groups, including mergers, divisions, transformations of copartnerships as well as supervised the liquidation of entities.
